My name is Iverson Chen and I just turned 18 years old a few days ago. I like to play basketball in my free time along with coding. Some fun facts about me is that I have an interest in memorizing unimportant and “unusual” things such as memorizing 147 digits of pi, or knowing the alphabet backwards. I am born in America while my parents are both born in Wenzhou, a small province in China. As of right now, my majors are computer science with criminal justice as a backup major. I want to become either a computer programmer/software engineer or work in the cyber security field. What motivated me to stay on this path was my dedication towards coding and interest in law.  I am planning to either attend two years of John Jay and learn about computer science or criminal justice and then transfer to Binghamton University to pursue my career or to stay for 4 years in John Jay to earn my Bachelor’s degree at John Jay.
